Phil Hart – Managing Director
Phil has a degree in Business and started his career in Mazars the Chartered Accountants where he worked as a Paraplanner in their Financial Services Division. Phil then moved to Aegon to work as a Pensions and Investment Consultant and went on to pass the G60 (Pension Specialist) qualification.
After 5 years, Phil moved to the Bank of Scotland and became a Corporate Advisor in their Business Banking Team. Phil then moved to Newell Palmer IFA where he met Ian and Rav.
Phil enjoys helping clients navigate the maze of financial planning to understand their options and associated implications. He is also proactive in resolving problems and identifying a route forward.
When he is not working, Phil enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends. Phil’s hobbies include golf, running a taxi service for his children and football (Wolverhampton Wanderers).
Rav Ghuman - Director
After Graduating from University with a 2:1 in Economics, Rav joined the Bank of New York as a Graduate Trainee. He trained as an Independent Financial Adviser with Barclays Private Clients, helping clients in all aspects of their financial planning needs. Being able to use his knowledge to help his clients, is what Rav really enjoys about is role. He enjoys building a working relationship with his clients and providing an ongoing advice process.
When his not working, Rav enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and is a keen follower of cricket and football (West Bromwich Albion).
Frazer Laird - Adviser
Frazer began his career in financial services in 2016, following his graduation from university, starting with NFU Mutual in their Pensions and Investments team.
He has since gained broad experience across the financial advice sector, progressing through roles from Administrator to Paraplanner, before moving into a client-facing advisory position. Frazer joined Beaufort in September 2020 and now works closely with clients on all aspects of their financial planning, offering tailored advice to help them achieve their long-term goals.
Frazer holds the CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is both a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society — the highest and most prestigious level of professional recognition in the industry.
Outside of work, Frazer enjoys going to the gym, watching football, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Philip Thomas - Adviser
Andrew Fraser - Adviser
Andrew graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Criminology, and has an additional educational background in Business, Economics, and Law. He started his career in finance with a role at NFU Mutual in their Pensions team.
After a number of years at NFU, Andrew decided he wanted to pursue a career in Financial Planning and joined Beaufort Wealth Management Ltd to achieve his goals. He obtained his Level 4 Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute in January 2021.
Having been with the company for a number of years, Andrew enjoys helping his clients achieve their aims and objectives through holistic financial planning coupled with integrity and professionalism.
